Simulating the double heat sources in a traditional pizza furnace, this pizza oven utilizes the upper and lower heating tubes that support independent control, which allow for 360 degree even heating to reach 450 degrees Celsius. In this way, the product can complete the baking of a 12 inch pizza in 90 s, improving the baking efficiency. PID temperature control technology paired with sensors avoids overbake or underbake. The heat resistant pizza stone maintains a moisture level during the baking process to ensure taste.
